Ingredients:
-1 lb grass fed ground meat
-1 tbsp coconut oil
-3 stalks organic celery
-1 stalk organic broccoli
-green onions
-1 cup gluten free oatmeal
-1/2 cup ground teff or flax seed
-1/2 cup sunflower seeds
– 3/4 cup nutritional yeast
-130 g of organic gluten free Quinoa and vegetable Soup (or other soup to taste)
-herbs, sea salt, garlic powder to taste
Directions:
-Place celery, broccoli, green onions, nutritional yeast and soup into
blender and blend.
-Add the remainder of ingredients in large bowl and mix with hands.
-Use coconut oil to grease large loaf pan prior to placing meat mixture.
– Bake in 350 degree oven for 1/2 hr. Bake at 250 degrees for another hour.
– Serve with choice of extra vegetables on the side.
