The Food Issue

I can’t help but look back on the past 365 days (plus a week!) as well as ahead, toward a new year. What went well, what not so well? What will I focus on in the days ahead? Some might call this the making of a New Year’s Resolution.

I’m all about new beginnings and fresh starts and there’s no bigger new beginning than the start of a new year. It’s certainly a long standing joke of the New Year’s resolution(s) of how most don’t make it past the first month. It seems to be that some people are against New Year’s resolutions because they think people only pick this one day to proclaim to be a better person.
