I used to have a flu shot every year … until I did some research and found that the science behind the flu shot doesn’t seem to add up. And now, the second most recommended remedy, Tamiflu, seems to have the same problem.
For the past several years, I have been focusing my attention on nutrition. I make sure to put as much good nutrition into my body as possible, avoiding as many foods that are bad for me as possible. This has made a remarkable change in my health! I have had a few colds, but my immunity is strong, and despite having come into contact with others who are obviously sick, I have been steadfastly healthy! I especially credit the amazing impact of nutritional cleansing and replenishing for the transformation of my health.
Just a little story:
About 8 years ago, my health was not good. It had been deteriorating over time, to the point where my doctor sat me down and said, “Linda, you know you’re dying, right?” My response was a nervous laugh and a short comment, “Everyone is dying.” But I knew he was just preparing me for the inevitable. I was on a track and it didn’t seem likely that I would ever get off of it.
A couple of weeks ago, I was in to see my doctor again … for my annual checkup. As we went over everything, he was making notes and making some vocalizations. I asked what was up. He said, “Your blood pressure is very low.” I asked what that meant. He said, “Linda, it means you’re going to live a very, very long time.”
Something has radically changed since that appointment 8 years ago. Yes, I have adopted a healthy lifestyle, but the main thing that has changed is my commitment to nutritional cleansing and replenishing. I am so grateful for this new technology!
